NEGATIVE: CTL line, G Line, K Line and S Line are all red, Color of G line, K line, S Line are all stronger than the CTL line, which means that, the milk sample contains fewer antibiotics than value given in the table.
Suspected POSITIVE: CTL line, G Line, K Line and S Line are all red, Color of G line, K line, S Line is Equal to the CTL line, which means that, the milk sample contains antibiotics the same value given in the table.
Gentamycin POSITIVE: Line CTL is visible, Line G is weaker than Line CTL, Line K and Line S both are stronger than Line CTL, which means that the milk sample contains the gentamycin more than the value in the table, the kanamycin and streptomycin fewer that the value in the table.
Kanamycin POSITIVE: Line CTL is Visible, Line K is weaker than Line CTL, Line G and Line S both are stronger than Line CTL; which means that the milk sample contains the kanamycin more than the value in the table, the gentamycin and streptomycin fewer that the value in the table.
Streptomycin POSITIVE: Line CTL is Visible, Line S is weaker than Line CTL, Line G and Line K both are stronger than Line CTL; which means that the milk sample contains the streptomycin or dihydrostreptomycin more than the value in the table, the gentamycin and kanamycin fewer that the value in the table.
Full POSITIVE: Line CTL is visible; either Line G, Line K or Line S is weaker than Line CTL; which means that, the milk sample contains the the Gentamycin Kanamycin Streptomycin all more than the value in the table.
Remarks: Control line is used as a quality indicator, which will always appear regardless of the line G/K/S. If Control line does NOT appear, it indicates that the result is invalid. Users please check the kit insert again and re-do the assay with new test dipsticks.
