Q1: Are you a factory or trading company?   

A1: We have own factory located in Guangzhou, China.  

Q2: What certificates do you have?  

A2: We have ISO13485 and ISO9001 auditing report, and we have SGS testing report for many of our raw materials. We have FA registration for our medical related products. 

Q3: Could your company do OEM products? What format your company usually use if we want to send you our 3D drawings? 

A3: Yes, we could do OEM and ODM according to Client's requirement. We have own graphic designer and 3D product designer. We usually use igs, stp, soliwork format.

Q4: What should I do if I want to add my logo on your product? 

A4: You need to send us your artwork in high resolution. Our graphic designer will make a dummy/visual for, you just need to approve the final dummy/visual

Q5: What is your delivery time? 

A5: It depends on different products, quantity and detailed requirement. Usually the lead time is 3-5 days if small amount. 10-20 days if 300-500pcs.

Q6: How does your company control the quality?  

A6: We have OQ during production in factory. Our QC will also conduct inline and final inspectation for every shipment according to AQL requirement, so that we could ensure all the products meet the quality requirements as well as your specific request.

A7: Our payment terms are T/T, L/C, Western Union and Paypal. We also can provide Alibaba Secure Payment.
