Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer Liquid(Water Reducing,High Range)

Huaxuan High-tech® KH-204 has excellent water reduction capacity,which can significantly reduce concrete water consumption by 25% to 45%, and improve the compressive strength of concrete at various stages. It can improve the workability of concrete while ensuring the ultimate strength and durability of concrete. It has good compatibility with different types of cement, and can be compatible with air entrainer and other admixtures. When used with other admixtures, each admixture must be separately mixed into the mixture.   KH-204 complies with The ASTM C 494 Norm ASTM C 494, Type A and F

Concrete water-reducing agent is a kind of polymer surfactant, which can reduce the water consumption and increase the strength of concrete under the condition of constant concrete workability and cement dosage. Or under the same conditions of workability and strength, save the amount of cement.

Reduce the unit water consumption of concrete and improve the early strength · The cement particles are dispersed, excess water is released, the fluidity increases, and the unit water consumption of the concrete mix decreases; · Promote the hydration reaction of cement particles and accelerate the early strength development of concrete; · Shorten maintenance time, improve construction efficiency, improve frost resistance and durability;

Reduce concrete bleeding and settlement, improve crack resistance · Reduce the segregation of concrete and maintain the workability required for concrete construction; · Improve the internal structure of concrete, improve the ductility and toughness of concrete, and reduce concrete shrinkage and cracking;

• When used, KH-204 can be directly measured and mixed into concrete at the same time with mixing water; It can also be diluted into a lower solid content, and then incorporated into concrete according to the corresponding amount;
