01.Big glass manway
This is a big size high pressure glass manway. The manway lid is made of borosilicate sight glass that can bear high temperature and high pressure. The big size manway is easy for raw materials loading, such as herbs, tree leaves and flowers. It’s also easy for deep cleaning.
The rectangle side manway is for easy waste discharge after the distillation. You can also get the false bottom mesh filter out through this side manway.
03.Bottom basket
The bottom basket is for loading the raw materials. The steam raising up from the bottom will go through the mesh of basket, then heat the herbs, leaves and flowers for essential oil extraction.
Our still has crystal column that you can load red copper wire mesh or flowers for distilling. The red copper wire mesh can help remove the sulfide materials, which can make the essential oil become purer. You can also see the magic happened during the distilling process through the crystal column.
This specially designed separator can separate the oil and hydrolat easily and efficiently. You can also use a proper hose to put the hydrolat back to the still pot for reflux distilling.
