Uncoiler Series Products
this uncoiler is a key unit in the tube mill line. It's mainly used to support the strip coil and can be together with the end straightener, feed the strip into the flattener. Expanding type can be manual, pneumatic and hydraulic.

Loop Accumulator
This machine is used for the tube mill production line, between the shear welder and host(forming and sizing machine),Its function is in the time since the first roll of strip steel are used up, the next roll strip prepared from uncoiling, shearing and butt welding store enough steel strip to ensure that the host(forming and sizing machine) continuous production.

Features of ERW tube mill machine:
Durable and non-deformed machine base
Use thick steel to weld together as a whole to tempering more than 4 hours twice to make sure that the machine can be used in long term without deformation.
