Product performance：
Molybdenum silicide has a density of 6.26 g / cm3 and a melting point of 2030 ℃. It has conductivity. Under high temperature, a silicon dioxide passivation layer can be formed on the surface to prevent further oxidation. The appearance of molybdenum disilicide powder is gray metal color.
MoSi2 is an intermediate phase with high silicon content in Mo Si binary alloy system. It has the dual characteristics of metal and ceramic. Therefore, molybdenum disilicide has good high-temperature oxidation resistance, high-temperature plasticity, thermal conductivity and fluidity.
