Q1: Can we get a sample for reference?

Yes, 1-2 meters available sample  and  lab-dips will be free but the express freight will be collected.

Q2: How long does it take to make a sample?

 Normally, it takes 5-7 days to make it. Special items will be charged.

Q3: What is your payment terms?

When we quote for you, we will confirm with you the way of transaction,FOB, CNF, CIF ,CPT, DDU,etc.

For mass production goods, you need pay 30% deposit before producing and 70% balance  paid before shipment.   Or L/C  at sight

Q4: Can you provide OEM service or Customization?

 Yes, we can. It will depend on your requests; your label will be customized on our products if needed.

 Q5: Packaging and shipping

Normally inner is opp bag, outer is weaving bag. Or it is packed as your requests.

Q6: . How can you guarantee quality?

Firstly we will send  customers pre-production samples before mass production, after approval, we  start the mass production.

Secondly ,we will do the inspection after every process. for the finished products, we will do 100% inspection according to the customers’ requirements and the international standard
Last, we will send the shipping samples to customers before shipment for approval.  After approval , we will effect shipment.

Q7.:How about the capacity of your company?

we have 150 sets water-jetting looms , 2 sets warping machines and 10 sets Japanese AIKI ATY yarn-producing machine. Annual capacity of fabric 14 million meters and ATY yarn 7,200 metric ton.

Q8.:How many employees of your comany?what about the technicists?

  We  have more than 120 employees, including 8 engineers and 15 technicians.

Q9.How to deliver the goods to us?

 usually we will ship the goods to you by sea , There are 2 international sea port around us , Shanghai port (Priority)  and Ningbo port.  it is very convenient and efficient to ship goods to any other countries .of course, if your goods are very urgent,  we will fly the goods through shanghai airport

Q10.: Where are your products mainly exported to?

Our fabric and yarns are mainly exported to over 20 countries such as USA, Canada, UK ,Germany, Spain, Mexico, Belgium , South Africa, Peru, Italy ,Bangladesh, Poland, etc  .
