Description:
This machine is used for fully automatic assembly of plastic floats (buoy) for fishing nets. Ultrasonic welding, automatic unloading after welding, and a conveyor with 4-station one-out-one design; plastic floats are automatically fed by a vibrating plate, conveyed by a conveyor belt, and picked and placed by a manipulator on the turntable fixture. Internal automatic assembly, ultrasonic automatic wave welding, automatic discharge of the manipulator after welding. The fixture is rotated and transmitted by a conveyor ;
The process is:
1. The lower semi-floating vibrating plate is automatically fed. The robot is clamped and automatically assembled;
