Q3. How do I make a sample order?
For stock productss, sample cost will be 10USD more than its wholesale price. It will take 3~5 working days. For customized products, sample cost will be around $30~$50 per piece for regular designs. Pls note that sample cost will be refundable after bulk order confirmed. Deliver time will be around 15 working days.
Q4. Can I have my own design products produced in your factory?
Yes,we are willing to cooperate with new founders in bag area to help build your own brands products. And we will help protect your bag designs from copies.
Q5. What about the warranty?
A: We are very confident in our products, each product was tested ok here,and we pack them very well, so usually you will receive your order in good condition. But to avoid any subsequent trouble regarding quality issue, we suggest that you check the custom products once you receive them,and let us know the details if there is any damaged ones, so that we can deal with it accordingly.
