A2: Yes, we have strict control on tiles and for each kind, we will do inspection and test!

 

Q3: What is your delivery time ?
A3: For sample: 3-5 days. For big order: 15-35days.

 

Q4: Can you send samples ?
A4: For samples, it will be free, but express fee shall be at client's account, because each year our company bear express fee more than $3000, so we hope clients can bear express fee. But if clients order sample design, we will regard this express fee as part of deposit!
