Large Vibratory Tumbler Polishing Machine with Separator

CL-450AB vibratory polishing machine is used for metal surface cleaning, such as removal of impurities, grease, thermal oxide, contaminants, rust, etc., also widely applied in deburring aluminum or zinc alloy castings, the thickness and location of the burrs can be precisely controlled.

CL-450AB Vibratory Bowl Polishing Machine features：

1. Inner wall of vibrating bowl is made of wear-resistant PU material, minimizes the impact on machine from parts and media.
2. Sturdy bowl base and heavy-loaded spring, iron casting body with coated surface, features durable and longer life.
3. Open bowl allows user to do random inspection in the working process at any moment.
4. Three phase vibration motor supports sufficient polishing force, makes entire and thorough finish.

The design of curved bowl provides more thorough polishing and finishing for workparts and abrasices, results a better surface finishing effect. Also suits for processing harder workparts, which could release pressure and extend survice life of vibrating bowl.




Separating Section of Vibratory Polishing Machine

CL-450AB vibratory polishing machine is designed with screening section, allows 100% separating of media and parts. After the final round finishing, processed parts and media will clamp on the screen, tumbling media drop back to the tumbler through holes, leaving only parts discharged.





Vibratory Polishing Machine Electric Controller (Optional)

Customized electric controller realizes to adjust speed and amplitube of the vibratory motor, in order to set more precise
parameters for various finishing and polishing purposes, thus different kinds of workparts will get an optimal polishing effect.
