We are a professional BBQ GRILL manufacturer, equipped with professional production lines, gas lab, have experienced engineering team, QC team and very well trained workers.
2. Do you provide samples? If yes, what is the lead time?
Yes, we welcome customer to request for samples. Usually samples can be delivered in 7-10 days after sample fees received. For newly design models, longer lead time might be required, it depends on the designs and if there are customized parts.
3. What is the lead time for mass production?
35-45 days after PO is confirmed.
4. Do you accept OEM/ODM projects?
Yes, both are welcome. Apart from our own designed products, we are glad to do OEM/ODM projects, our professional gas appliance engineering team will provide necessary technical supports.
5. What are your warranties?
Excellent warranties are available, 5 years for stainless steel construction, stainless steel cooking grates, 3 years for stainless burners, flame tamers and 1 year for all other parts.
6. What is the MOQ for orders?
One mixed 40 feet container, you may mix different items in one container. For trial orders, there’s no MOQ.
7. Do you provide any certificates for your products?
Our barbecue grills are CE approved.
8. You export goods through what ports?
Shanghai and Ningbo are the nearest ports. If customer want to consolidate shipments to other ports, that is no problem, we can have goods shipped to any port in China.
9. What are the payment terms?
30% deposit at order, balance 70% to be paid before delivery.
