1. Are you a factory/manufacture?
Yes. We have knitting, printing and lamination/bonding. We make commercial dyeing in our close partners.
2.Which kind of fabrics do you produce?
We are specialized in sofa fabrics. Such as VELVET(Holland velvet, Mosha velvet, nanometer velvet and other special velvet), TEXTURE FABRIC, FAUX LEATHER…
We are also specialized in making special function treatment on the fabrics. Such as EASY CLEAN, TEFLON (Water repellant, oil repellant, stain resistance…), ANTIBACTERIO, FIRE RETARDANT… and other special treatment for some special ocacasions.
3.Where is your factory?
We are between Shanghai and Hangzhou. One hour by car to Hangzhou, 2 hours by car to Shanghai. Express railway is also convenient to get to our factory.
4. How can you ensure the fabric quality?
Not only our workers care for quality. We have a big QC team. They monitor all processes: knitting, dyeing, print, foiling, bonding, emboss… and finished fabric. In addition, we use different ways to pack, transport and store different fabrics.
5. What’s your normal lead time?
Fabrics with short processes will be 25-30days; Fabric with more processes will be 35-45days.
6. What’s your production capacity?
We feel comfortable to make 1 million meters every month.
