PTFE Emulsion
Properties
PTFE Dispersion is a milky white aqueous PTFE dispersion stabilized with a nonionic surfactant. It is a general-purpose product, often preferred for coating and impregnating woven goods and for some coating processes. It imparts properties unique to PTFE resin to porous structures, as well as to base materials when used as an additive. When properly processed, the PTFE resin in PTFE dispersion exhibits the superior properties typical of the fuoroplastic resin: retention of properties after service at 260 °C (500 °F) and useful properties at –240 °C.
Semi-rigid, translucent, exceptional low frictioin characteristics, superior chemical resistance, imperious to fungi or bacteria,
high temperature stablilty (260'C), low temperature toughness (-160'C), good weathering resistance and electrical properties.
Packing, Storage & Transportation
1.The net weight is (20 ± 0.1) kg per barrel
2.Not classified as hazardous for transport. During transportation and storage, avoid heavy shaking, high temperature and below 0 °C
3.After three months, shaking the drum every week to avoid the deposition.
