Q1: What is your MOQ ?

A: If from our inventory,no MOQ,any quantity you can buy.If customized,MOQ usually is 500pcs,but we accept smaller quantity for your trial order. Just feel free tell us how many you want to take,we will calculate the cost correspondingly.

Q2: Can I place some samples for testing and checking before placing the order?

A: Sure. We usually provide stock samples for free,but a little sample charge for custom designs. Samples charge will be refundable when order quantity reaches our MOQ. Sample are sending by air express like Fedex, UPS, TNT or DHL….

Q3: What format of file do you need if we want our customize logo and packaging or private label?

A: You can provide JPG, AI, CDR or PDF etc. ( AI will be the best for complicated designs) We will make drawing for mold or pattern design for your final confirmation.

Q4. How many colors are available?

A: Colors are unlimited. We match colors with pantone color codes. So you can just tell us Pantone color codes you need. We will match the colors. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you. 

Q5: How can you ensure the quality?

A: We check every step from raw material to the finished, one by one to make sure bottles in good quality. Our own inspector will inspected every order in our warehouse before shipped. The passed inspection report will be checked and signed by sales manager, then the goods can be shipped out.
