PRISM SPECIAL DUAL is a 3D printer with the largest printing area. Prism Special Dual is used by design institutes, architectural workshops, design bureaus, design studios, advertising agencies, art workshops. It has also found its application in factories, educational and medical institutions.
It creates an object in layers, by extrusion of a plastic thread. The print head is suspended on six diagonals, pivotally connected to three carriages that perform vertical movements. In this case, the print head performs a plane-parallel movement in space. The main advantage of this scheme is that when printing, the model is fixed on the table, and the print head rises along the axis of the model, printing layer by layer. Also, due to the small weight of the head, the printing speed is higher than that of other printers. This design allows you to print tall and complex shapes up to 400 mm in diameter and 1240 mm in height.
