What is the factory’s quality control like?

All our factories are ISO 9001 certified with quality control instated in each part of the manufacturing process. We test 100% of the components and finished product in order to ensure products of the highest quality and durability.

What warranty do you offer for your products?

In regarding to faucets, shower and accessories we offer lifetime warranties against manufacturing defects, 10 years warranty on Polished Chrome and PVD finishes, 2 years warranty for powder coating finishes, and a 5 year warranty for wear and tear parts. For vitreous-china, 65 years manufacturing defects, 5 years warranty in parts and 3 years warranty for TDS cartridge.
