How to Install the Projection Film

Step 1, Clean the Glass
Spray the cleaning solution on the surface of glass, with a hard scraper and wiper alternately scraping clean the glass, if necessary, can also use shovel blade to get rid of dirt adhesion, combined with special cleaning cloth around the glass, carefully. Tools: watering can, water scraper, special cloths, shovel blade etc.

Notes:
1, Do not keep shoveling dirt, dust, lint etc. on the glass surface, or between the film and the glass will have little room to breathe the air and cause the film damage, thus affecting the quality of projection and film projection film appearance.
2, You’d better clean the glass with distilled water, purified water in order to avoid dust.
3, the installation site ready to make pollution prevention, to prevent the water dirty walls and so on.

Step 2, The Film Installation
1, removing protective film, spraying the installation liquid on the installation side and the surface of the clean glass, and carefully move the film floating.
2, For the wiper and projection film, spray the installation liquid on the projection film surface again, attach the protective film to the projection film surface, spray the installation liquid again, scraping with a professional tools and get rid of the air and installation liquid between the film and glass. the first wiper to light, and then forced to cross a continuous wiper, on the top of glass, should better horizontal wiping , on the below, cross wiping from top to below, or from the middle to four sides. Tools: soft scraper, watering can and so on.
Notes:
1, the active liquid solution, in order to avoid air bubbles and detached quality problems.
2, Should choose a clean working area, no pollution, to ensure the film clean.
3, according to the direction of ordered cross-wiping, left too much water and air bubbles will affect the film quality.
4, the plastic surface of projection film can not touch any other place when in process.

Step 3. Finishing Film Edge
Check projection film edge carefully, using scraper to get rid of the air bubble and water between the film and glass, then press the edge in order to enhance the cohesive force, finally cut the four sides. Tools: knife, hard scraper etc.
Notes:
When press edges, should to avoid scratching the film surface, if necessary, wrapping the hard-scraper with cloth.

Step 4. The film surface level-off
Check to if there are defects bubbles and water stains, and loosing viewing area. Use scraper wrapped with soft cloth or hard scraper to move the bubbles out, in order to get stronger adhesion between glass and film. Utility tools: hard scraper, watering can etc.
