Cosmetic homogenizing machine is available for heating, melting, homogenizing and emulsifying. It is best choice for face cream, wash cream, cosmetics materials; it is an ideal device for paste-cream products of middle and high grades. This equipment includes oil phase boiler, water phase and emulsifying vessels, operation platform and control tank.

1. The vacuum emulsifiers produced by our company include many varieties. Various high quality products can be customized according to customer’s requirements.
2. Provided with single-cylinder and double-cylinder lifting system, which can freely lift or lower the pot lid and easy to clean, the emulsifying pot can adopt tilt discharge.
3. SIEMENS frequency converter for speed adjustment, keeping the machine working stably and durably.
4. The vacuum defoaming can make the materials meet the requirement of being sanitary and aseptic. The vacuum sucking material adopted can avoid dust, especially for the powder products.
5. The tank body and the pipes adopt mirror polishing, which fully confirms to GMP requirements.
6. Complex scraping board caters to body of blending groove and scrape out viscosity material on boiler wall.
7. According to technological requirements, the tank can heat and cool the material. The heating modes can be chose to steam or electric heating according to customer requirements.
8. Material contact parts all use SUS316L.
9. Advanced PLC touch screen control is optional, which is equipped with color touch screen to completely supervise the data of material temperature, blending and homogenizing rotation speed and time etc. and print out the above data.

Homogenizer
Max rotation speed could reach 4200r/min,highest shearing fineness could reach 0.2-5μm. The materials will be well homogenized regardless of the quantity of materials put into the tank. The total quality fo the materials must cover up the homogenizer. The homogenizer can be installed through the bottome of the machine.
