Four Aspects of Measurement

PRECAUTIONS
(1) The outer surface of the electronic digital caliper should be wiped clean, especially the measuring surface before using it. Gently push the caliper frame to make the two outer measuring surfaces get contacted with hand, measuring the workpiece after resetting. When measuring, lightly push the caliper frame to make the caliper measuring surface and the measured workpiece measuring surface or auxiliary plane (such as inspection platform) to the hand feeling contact. Then read the reading displayed on the LCD screen. To ensure the accuracy of the measurement, the above detection method needs to be repeated for 2 to 3 times, counting separately, and then take the average value. After resetting, measure and read the data displayed on the LCD screen.
(2) The electronic digital caliper should be kept clean to prevent oil, water and other liquid substances penetrating into the frame and damaging the electronic components.
(3) Do not use the data output and remove the port cover, and do not allow the metal devices to touch the output, so as not to damage the electronic components.
(4) When LCD screen does not display, first check whether the battery contact is good or replace the new battery, if it still cannot be normally display, it must be sent back to the company for repair.
(5) Change the new battery, the positive pole of the battery must face outward.
(6) When the caliper frame is stationary for about 5 minutes, the displayed numbers on the caliper will automatically fade. Reopen the power again to display the original value.
(7) The value and prompt displayed on the LCD screen each time the power is turned on are those displayed before the power is turned off.
(8) It is recommended to use SR44W type battery, 1.55V (CR2032 type 3V environmental protection lithium battery are used for electric card IP54 and JSK type use), the normal service life is more than six months. Please dispose of the used battery properly for environment protection.
(9) Calipers should avoid contact with corrosive and magnetic substances to avoid causing damage to the calipers and inaccurate measurement.
(10) Calipers should be wiped clean and coated with anti-rust oil on the working surface after use, and then put it back into the box.
