This coffee was cultivated at Na's farm in Da Krak Province, Vietnam.
Characterized by mellow richness If you want to drink the most delicious coffee, please spare no effort in roasting in city roast. It's ground into powder. In order to carry out the wet process, the fresh coffee to put into machine needs to ensure a high ripening rate (usually over 80%).
Depending on the technology, the peeler can completely or almost completely separate the unripe coffee from the ripe coffee.
When put into the wet processing process, fresh coffee is washed, completely removing impurities (dust, soil, twigs, light worms.)
Coffee is separated viscous (by microbial fermentation or mechanical beating), then drained and put into drying or drying. Due to the high quality of the input, wet-processed coffee is often preferred to dry on a clean surface, protected from contamination sources, or dried by indirect gas technology (clean air).
From the above stages, we can see that wet processed coffee is strictly quality controlled at each stage, so the quality of the output product is also well controlled.
