Remarks: The indexes must fulfill the following indexes: the raw materials type with the moisture content ≤ 13%, density ≥ 0.72T/m³. Mill sieve plate mesh ≥33%. Sieve and holes open rate all will influence the capacity of hammer mill.
Main Feature
This series hammer mill adopt thicken steel plate to weld, and the parts inner the grinding room which will contact the raw materials all adopt wear-resisting replaceable parts and double-wear-resisting plates, the motor and hammer mill rotors mounted together in one heavy base, and adopt the coupling for direct connection drive. The rotors have passed the dynamic balance test, and can run bi-directionally, the hammers are symmetrically arranged. The machine is simple structure, sturdiness and durability, safety and reliability, convenient operation, less vibration, high productivity.
