Features
Automatically complete all the work of measuring, bag-making, filling, sealing, batch number printing (with code printer), cutting and counting, etc. Automatic packaging of powder materials.
1. Use imported PLC to intelligently control each function state of the machine. Including: arbitrary set bag length, cumulative production quantity, display production quantity, set total output shutdown, photoelectric can be arbitrarily converted on or off.
2. Intelligent temperature controller controls temperature of horizontal and vertical sealing in two ways.
3. Intelligent photoelectric positioning, bright and dark motion arbitrary conversion, strong anti-interference, three consecutive bags of abnormal cursor will stop the alarm.
4. Stepless adjustment of packing speed within rated range, speed adjustment without stopping.
5. High bag-making precision. Easy to operate and maintain.
6. The micro measurement volume type or screw type, accurate measurement for uniform density of the packaged materials, in line with the national measurement standards.
