2. What is your minimum order quantity?
A:There is no minimum order quantity requirement. But for our customers to get the most benefits and cost - effective. What we recommend is to order 100 pieces in one color for each style.
3. Can we put our logo on the products?
A: Of course, we will use different printing processes to print the logo on the products according to our customers’ requirements.
4. Can you help us design the product’s logo?
A: Of course. When ordering more than 1000 pieces, we will design logo for customers free of charge. If it is
less than 1000 pieces, we will charge additional design fees from customers.
5. Can you produce clothes based on my design?
A:When ordering more than 400 pieces for one design, we will provide our customers with reproduction services.
6. Can you provide free samples?
A: Yes, we can provide free samples, but freight collect.
7. Can you help to calculate the logistics costs?
A:We have long-term cooperation and trust logistics companies. We will give the cheapest and fastest logistics suggestions to our customers.And we also can recommend the logistics companies to you and let them serve you directly.
8. What is your leading time for production or delivery time?
A: Within 2-30 days after the deposit is paid and various details are confirmed. If it is in stock,
it can be shipped as soon as the second day after the deposit is paid.
9. What kind of payment terms do you usually adopt?
A: We usually accept T/T, Western Union, Money Gram and so on. We also accept paypal for small amounts.
