Stainless steel thick film heater 220V 2000W electric water heating tube
Descriptiom
The thick film instant water heating element is in tubular structure. It allows water flowing inside tube, heated by circuit printed and sintered between with 5 insulation layers on the surface. It connects with wire leads by spot-weld to silver conductor on the surface.
Compare with traditional immersion heater or quartz heating element, Thick Film Heating Tube is advanced in larger heating area (Tubular Structure), higher power density(60W/cm²), faster temperature response (up to 150℃/S), longer life time (>10,000 hours) and better thermal transfer(96%).
For applications where space is limited, this simple profile heating element offers high thermal power density and fast response times to heat up or cool down (due to low thermal mass). It's the ideal heating element to boil water in seconds.
Our thick film water heating elements are widely applied in flowing water heating, such as water dispenser, water purifier, water geyser, instant coffee maker, water heater under sink, faucet, instant shower heater, etc.
It's also used in industry water flow instant heating.
It can be equipped with automatic and one shot thermostats to prevent over heating.

A: Thick Film Heater is a new technical art which is use screen printing technology and new thick film material.

A: It can not be applied on Copper pipe, but can work on Aluminum pipe.

Q: What's the operation attentions?
A: 1. The temperature ramp-up above 80°C/s, please make sure the tube fulfilled with water before use.
2. Please install it vertically, make sure water flow direction from bottom to top, to prevent DRY HEATING in partial area of heating tube.
3. Set the minimum flow rate according to tubes' power watts, ensure smooth flowing of water, to prevent vaporizing and dry heating
4. Make sure reliablility grounding.
