1 Equipment installation and commissioning acceptance service
Provide users with a series of work such as equipment installation, debugging, trial production, operation training, theoretical knowledge training, and common troubleshooting training guidance. When the equipment arrives at the manufacturer, one-time door-to-door installation, commissioning and basic operation training of no less than 24 hours, acceptance of the equipment and guarantee of the normal use of the equipment. If no installation and commissioning is required within three months, it will be regarded as customer acceptance. Note: Meals and accommodation for technicians or engineers during equipment installation an commissioning work at the user's premises shall be provided by the user free of charge.
2 Equipment maintenance service
The whole-process service of overhaul, maintenance and replacement of parts for the failure of the equipment is divided into: maintenance service within the warranty period (free maintenance and replacement of accessories), maintenance service outside the warranty period (charged for labor service fees, corresponding road fees and accessories fees) .
