Strong magnetic sorting machine
Working principle of magnetic separator:
When the material in the transport belt through the magnetic roller, it has been sorted, magnetic metal moved to the top of the magnetic roller is attracted, turn to the bottom of the automatic off, and non-magnetic materials along the horizontal parabolic trajectory directly fall, magnetic materials and non-magnetic materials will be separately into different hopper.
Magnetic roller is equipped with magnets at 360°, forming a magnetic system with a corresponding rotating magnetic field, which is effective around the entire circumference. The magnetic field attracts the magnetic metal particles in the material, and the conveyor belt running on the magnetic roller carries these magnetic metal particles to the lower side of the magnetic roller. When the magnetic metal is under the magnetic roller and leaves the magnetic field, the magnetic metal falls off the belt belt to achieve the separation effect.
For wet or fine metal particles, we install a scraper to prevent them from sticking to the belt.

Magnetic separator is mainly used to remove ferromagnetic impurities in powdery, flake and granular raw materials, widely used in ceramics, electric power, mining, plastic, chemical, rubber, pharmaceutical, food, environmental protection, pigments, dyes, electronics, metallurgy and other industries.
