handheld type laser cleaner with optional 30W/50W/60W/70W/80W/100W/120W/150W/200W/350W/500W, which can also be equipped with
fixture or robotic arm to achieve an automatic cleaning line. In addition, we have backpack type cleaner 100W and 150W especially
for outdoor cleaning works. *Laser marking machine: fiber laser marking machine, 3D dynamic fiber laser marking machine, fiber
large working-field laser marking machine(up to 1200*1200mm), CO2 laser marking machine, CO2 large working-field laser marking
machine(up to 1200*1200mm), UV laser marking machine, green laser marking machine and UV laser marking machine are all available

cleaning/marking requirements. Q3: This is my first time to buy this kind of machine. Is it easy to use？ The operation is very
simple. Most of our customers mastered the use skills within one single hour. We will send you the English version(language is
customizing) of user manual and operation guiding video, as well as we can train you through remote online video chatting. Q4: How
long is the delivery time usually？ 7-10 days for standard equipment and 15-30 days for customizing types after the payment is
confirmed. Q5:What kind of package do you use？ Wooden box or flight case with wheels, which are safe and suitable for
international transportation. Q6:How do you guarantee the quality of the goods？ Each equipment of us shall experience a strict
quality inspection and long-time continuously running test before shipping out. We provide inspection videos or photos for
customer to confirm the marking/cleaning effects and performance of our machine. Quality certificate and warranty card will be
sent along with the package. Q7:How can you guarantee the delivery time？ Normally, we have some stocks of our standard type
machine in our factory which can be delivered out immediately after quality inspection(1-3 days). For customizing machine,
productions hall be arranged right after receiving the advance payment, and if the delivery time is urgent, we will arrange
overtime at night and weekend to ensure the on-time delivery. Q8: Can you arrange transportation？ We provide delivery by express,
by air, by sea, by railway and other kind of transportation services, on terms EXW/FOB/FCA/CIF/C&F/DAP/ DDP etc. Q9: Is there any
consumables or necessary accessories during the usage？ There will not be any consumables or accessories for using our machine.
Electricity is the only fuel. The accessories shall be sent along with machines(at free of charge): *For laser marking machine:
one CD for the marking system, one storage disk (correction parameters), one steel ruler, one set of Inner hexagon wrench, dongle
connection cable for controller. (Note: laser protection goggles are optional for 50usd/set.) *For laser cleaning machine: One USB
port DB9 connection cable, two sets of laser protection goggles, and five pieces of protective lenses (Note: Two pieces of lens
for 120W and below). Q10: How payment will be made？ 100% payment before production and multiple payment methods are acceptable.
Note: 70% advance payment and 30% final payment before shipping the machine are acceptable for evaluated clients. Other terms of
payment are negotiable for evaluated agents. Q11: What's your warranty period？ Three-year warranty period for laser marking
machine and two-year for laser cleaning machine. Technical support and services are life-timely available (warranty of the laser
source depends on the brand and its category). Q12: What is your after-sales service？ 24-hour online service, with video
instruction & guidance and technical training, which are lifelong available for free. Any repairing or replacing under warranty
terms will be at free of charge, and the freight shall be borne by customer. Our company can also provide door-to-door service if
required. If there’s a quality failure with the laser source within three months after receiving the goods, it will be replaced at
free of charge, and our company will bear 50% of the freight (only available for agents). Q13: What are your advantages over all
