Question: What is the guarantee period for your machine?
Answer: One year from the date of shipment. During the warranty period, if the product has quality problems (under the normal operating state), the supplier is responsible for replacement for the broken parts, and free of charge. The following situations within the warranty period are not free: A. If the parts are damaged due to the illegal operation of the buyer or environmental factors, the buyer shall purchase and replace the parts from the supplier and bear the corresponding costs; B. The replacement of consumable parts within the warranty period does not belong to the free scope, and the free spare parts delivered with machine belong to consumable parts

Answer: We make tissue paper converting and packing machines, disposable mask making machines.
If you need tissue converting machine, please provide your jumbo paper specification, the finished tissue product specification.
If you need tissue packing machine, please provide your tissue package form and package specication.
If you need complete line from tissue converting to packing, please provide your factory space layout, jumbo paper roll specification, production capacity, the finished tissue package form, we will make the complete line drawing including our tissue converting and packing machine and all necessary conveyor control system.

Question: what is the after sales service after we receive machines?
Answer: Under normal situation, after the machines arrive, the buyer must connect electric and air into the machines, then the sellers shall send technician to install the production line. The buyer shall pay their round-trip air tickets from China factory to buyer’s factory, the charge of visa, food transportation and accommodation. And the working time of technicians is 8 hours per day with daily salary USD60/person.
The buyer shall also provide an English-Chinese translator who will give help to technicians
During worldwide epidemic period, Buyer should know that seller will be not able to send engineer for machine installation and commissioning. Our sales manager and engineer will guide/support you by video/picture/phone communication. After the virus ends and global environment become safe , with visa and international flights and entry policy permitting, if the buyer requires engineer to travel for support, the sellers shall send technician to install the machine. And the buyer shall pay visa charge, round-trip air tickets from China factory to buye’s factory, food transportation and accommodation in buyer’s city. The salary of technician is USD60/day/person.
