In order to further enhance the efficiency of DTF printer, we have upgraded the powder shaker to solve the tedious process of manual powder recovery in the past.
An automatic powder recycling system has been installed inside the powder shaker and dryer. A filter has been added to filter out unnecessary dust and impurities on the powder, so the recovered hot-melt powder is cleaner. It can effectively improve the utilization rate of hot melt powder, making the operation of the machine more time-saving and labor-saving than before, and you can get the maximum benefit most simply.
Our B604 machine can perfectly fit PRO-A600 double head DTF printer.

Auto powder shaking
The automatic powder shaking speed can be adjusted according to different printer speeds in various gears. Compared with manual powder shaking, the automatic powder shaking is more uniform, ensuring no excess powder on the film, and no manual operation is required, saving manpower.
Auto powder recycling system
Automatic powder recycling with a vertical screw, doesn't have to return the powder manually. The induction safety feature is inbuilt. The screw will automatically shut down when you open the cover of the powder box. Ensure the safety of production.
You can add more powder at one time; Powder more than 5kg can last for 1-2 days.
Belt platform with absorption system
After shaking the powder, there is a absorption system to hold the film flat without arching.
