A: Yes, but customer should pay for the samples and courier.

A: We use T/T mostly, others like D/P, L/C we do also.

Q3. What is your delivery terms ?
A: We do FOB, CIF, CFR, CNF and EXW, FCA, DDU etc

Q4. Can you produce according to samples ?
A: Yes, we do produce according to customers' sample and drawings, datas.

Q5. How about your delivery time ?
A: Usually 30-45 days after receive deposit, if quantity is large may go to 60 days.

Q6. Do you have quality control ?
A: We do 100% inspection and QC passed, some items we do two times of inspection before devliery.

Q7. Can you do OEM quality ?
A: Yes, we do. our factory has more than 10 years experience in trailer cable and connector area.
our major customers are from european and US, we have more than 10 OEM customers which
has big name in their market.

Q8. How long is your warranty ?
A: We do promise at least one year warranty, if customers operate well can be two years or more.
