The tooth shape structure of ball mill pinion: it is usually divided into two types, one is involute cylindrical spur gear, and the other is helical cylindrical gear. The matching spur gear enters the mesh at the same time along the tooth width, which is easy to produce vibration and noise, and the transmission is unstable. The application of helical cylindrical gear in the mill is better than that of cylindrical spur gear, and it can be used for high-speed and heavy load with compact center distance. However, because the manufacturing cost of helical cylindrical gears is much higher than that of cylindrical spur gears, cylindrical spur gears are mostly used for ball mill pinions in the market at present. The connection mode of pinion and pinion shaft usually includes expansion sleeve type and internal key type.
