The manufacturing process includes stamping, assembly, welding and coating. We boast heavy-duty equipment like 5000t hydraulic stamping, and produce body frame on our own. The assembly process adopt collection and allocation system for high-efficiency and precise operation. Automated mechanical convey and welding are adopted, with robot utilization ratio hitting 80%. Cathodic EP process is adopted to improve the body’s corrosion resistance, and utilization ratio of painting robot hits 100%.
