OUTER LAYER: The outer layer is made of POLYESTER ,waterproof and breathable, No plastic cover is needed.
INNER LAYER: The soft polyester or fleece inner layer, pulling away moisture and keeping baby dry, comfortable and rash free.
INSERT: Made of super absorbent 3 Layer microfiber. It is more absorbent than regular flannel and dries much faster.
