Q1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?

We are the direct manufacturer, with 26 years professional experience of producing premium quality sweaters and all kinds of knitted products.

Q2. Can we get samples to check before placing large quantity?
Sure, sample order is acceptable. Please contact with us on inquiry and make sure which kind of designs you need, in general, it will take 3-5 days to finish a sample.

Q3. Can I make the products of my own design or have private logo on the products?
Sure, we can customize your own design and logo on the products. Because we can offer custom-made, OEM and ODM service.

Q4. What is your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?
If you choose our stocked products, moq will be 10 pieces.  If you need customized design, 50 pieces for each style.

Q5. What about the lead time for bulk order?
The lead time is about 5-15 working days. But please confirm the exact time with us as different products and quantity will be a little different.

Q6. Which delivery terms do you use? And how about the delivery time?
For samples and small order is by express ( DHL/FedEx/UPS/EMS), 3-5 working days for delivery. For bulk order is by sea, by air or as customers' request, taking 20-30 working days to finish.

Q7. What kind of payment term do you accept?
We accept T/T, Paypal, Credit Card, E-checking, Order Online, Trade Assurance, ect. Full payment for small order, as for big order, we need 30% deposit when you place the order, the balance should be paid before shipping.

Q8. What value-added services do you provide?

We provide honesty after-sale services, professional inspection before delivery and help customers with sales plans.picture & videos inspection is avalible.
