Automatic Cup Filling and Sealing Machine
The machine is mainly used for filling and sealing of liquid and semi-liquid products such as water, yogurt, ice cream, jelly, dairy products, salads, juices, beverages, etc.
The entire production process includes:
1. Load cups: put the pre-made plastic cup on the cup holder of the machine
2. Cups drop: the cup falls on the cup mold
3. Filling: Fill the product to be packaged into the cup.
4. Sealing: Through the heating head of the machine, the cup is sealed with a prefabricated plastic film.
5. Finished Product Out: Packaged finished products come out from machine.
