Product Overview
Description
This MAP tray sealer is special designed for commercial use in chain stores, supermarket, kitchen, or for test in laboratory.
It supplies a healthy method to prolong shelf life, meanwhile keep the origin taste, fresh color, and good nutrition.
This machine is controlled by PLC + touch screen, easy to set vacuum/gas fill/seal time, and seal temperature. The packing mold is changeable, and will be customized as per real tray sample. It can cut film automatically after each packing cycle.

1. Suitable item. Food item like ready meal, meat, fish, sausage, cheese, fruit, vegetables, tofu, salad, sandwich, cooked food etc.
2. Tray size. Machines are customized accordingly to client tray size/shape.
3. Package material. Trays made from PP / PET/ Aluminium foil /PLA. None print or printed film.

* Above price do not include air compressor. It cost additional 700USD .
* The packing mold will be customized as per real tray sample, above layout only for reference.

* If client order more than 5pcs, there will be discount.

* To start production, need at least 3-5pcs trays sample/drawing. After machine ready, need at least 60-100pcs trays/film, so that we test machine and ensure machine under good condition before shipment. Will offer video before balance payment.
