1.Q: : Are you factory? Can you manufacture the beauty device and personal care product as we want?
A: Yes, We are the one-stop service factory with R&D along with ISO9001 and ISO 13485 system manual standard. We offer OEM & ODM service for concept design, function sample testing, plastic tooling, injection , software and hardware PCBA layout service, internal laboratory and product assembling under same room.
2. Q:Do you accept the private label? If yes, what is the MOQ?
A:Yes, we accept the private label. The MOQ depends on the product situation. Some models, we have the stock in hands, we accept small piece order. For each model’s situation, pls contact our sales people.
3 Q; Does the product has the certification and testing for the promotion?
A: For the battery and rechargeable battery beauty and personal care products, we often do the CE and CA 65 testing for Europe and America market. As for the AC powered support products, we will do the ETL/C-ETL, UL or GS and other market safety standards testing for the requirement.
4.Q:How about the normal lead time?
A1 : For popular products in stock, we can send goods to the Customer within 1~7 working days.
A 2: For surface printing and injection color sample, the delivery time is 7~14
working days.
A 3: For OEM/ODM order, the lead time is within 20-45 working days.
5.Q:How much is the shipping cost ?
A: Shipping cost is different due to the destination and also the weight and volume of product. Once we know your ordered product information, we can check with the shipping company for final cost within 3 days.
6 Q: How does your company do quality control?
A1: We have QC system and each product control manual according to the ISO 9001,2005 and ISO 13485 standards requirement.
A2: Before mass production, checking and golden samples will be sent to check and confirm the order by Customer. During production, product is need to do a lot of testings, including key function test, appearance checking, product drop testing, safety testing, printing, carton shipment Vibration testing and final shipment checking. We are also welcomed the third part testing company to do the inspection in our factory for the Brand Customer.
