A: Before and during production, we could provide finished product for customer for destructive detection, thus convenient to check the material spectrum and product hardness. In addition, we have IQC to control the incoming material, IPQC to control the in process product.
Q2.What’s your policy for non-conforming products?
A: First of all, we’ll review with customer for non-confirming root cause. For non-conforming products that are not sent out, we will immediately destroy unqualified products. For the unqualified products that have been issued, we will immediately recall and compensate.
