Q: Is it free or not for your design service?
A: It is free if you have the artwork that we put in die cut. If we need to create patterns too, then there is a cost.
Q: I need exactly my model, can you arrange it?
A: We have our own moulding team, so yes we can make exactly the model you want. At the same time, with 14 years experience, now we have more than 4000 sets of moulds for you to choose similar shape and size, which will save your sample cost and lead time. You are welcome to choose either.
Q: What is your sample lead time?
A: Existing models need 7-10 days. New moulds need more time about 15 days.
Q: What is your delivery lead time?
A: Normally 30 -40 days. Urgent orders can be arranged.
Q: Can I have my logo on your box?
A: Yes, we accept customized designs with your logo and your conceptions.
Q: Can I have the sample of the model that I chose?
A: Yes. You can have a sample free of charge if stock available. But the delivery cost is on buyer's account.

A: PDF, AI, PSD, or CDR. Please also send us a jpg file for double confirmation.
