Q1: Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?
Q6. What are your payment terms?
A: Mould payment: 40% T/T down payment, 30% second mould payment before sending out the first trial sample, 30% mould balance after you agree the final sample.

Q2. When can I get a quote?
A: We usually quote within 2 days after receiving your inquiry. If you are in a rush, please call us or let us know in your email so we can quote you first.
Q3. How long is the lead time for the mold?
A: It all depends on the size and complexity of the product. Usually, the delivery time is 45 days.
Q4. I don't have 3D drawings, how should I start a new project?
A: You can provide us with molding samples, and we will help you complete the 3D drawing design.
Q5. How to ensure product quality before delivery?
A: If you don't come to our factory and there is no third party inspection, we will be your inspector.
We will provide you with videos of production process details, including process reports, product size structure and surface details, packaging details, etc.
Q6. What are your payment terms?
A: Mould payment: 40% T/T down payment, 30% second mould payment before sending out the first trial sample, 30% mould balance after you agree the final sample.
B: Production payment: 50% deposit in advance, 50% before sending out the final goods.
