l  What's your prices valid date?
All quotations are valid for 15 days.

l  What's your payment terms?  
We accept Telex and L/C at sight. 30% deposit after order confirmed and 70% balance against for the copy of the shipping documents.

l  What's your lead time?
Normally, 45--60 days on receipt of 30% deposit in busy seasons and about 30--40 days in free seasons.

l  When is your busy season? 
Normally from June to Oct.

l  Can you offer samples?
Yes, we'd like to send samples for your reference, with some sample fee, and this fee will be returned once order is confirmed.

l  Why your prices are in such difference?
Different items in different molds, different thickness, different surface treatment and different materials etc. cost different. Also, different packing methods cost different too.

l  What kind of packing you could provide?
Normally, we use 5-ply brown box or mail-order packing.

l  What's your MOQ?
For most of our items, MOQ is one item one 20GP, for some bbq tools and small items, we accept 1000pcs per items.

l  What's your loading ports?
Normally, we could ship from Yantian, Huangpu or Nansha, China.

l  What's your shipping term?
Normally, we do FOB.

l  What's your sample leading time?
In busy season, we may need about 15 days and 7 days in free season.

l  Where is your factory location?
Our factory is located in Nanhai, Foshan, where is about 35 minutes from The Canton Fair.

l  Do you have any certificate for your items?
For some items, we have EN-1860 GS certificate, and LFGB food test for cooking grid that touches with food.

l  Do you have any certificate for your factory?
NO, but we are applying ISO 9000 and BSCI now.

l  Do you have CE for your items?
Sorry, The CE certification applies to electronic products. Our products apply GS certification only

l  Will you attend the Canton Fair?
We attended before but not these years.

l  Will you attend the Spoga Fair?
Sorry, not yet but we will attend in the near future.

l  What's your main markets?
Our products are mainly sold in Europe, South America, Australia and USA.

l  Do you accept OEM orders?
Yes, Guest authorization is fine.

l  Can you provide some spare parts for free?
Yes, that's ok, we will put some spare parts with our products together.

l  Can we use our design for packing without extra charge?
We will bear the extra charge for customer design color box for order quantity more than 2000pcs per item, otherwise, brown or white box could be used.

l  Can we ask more packing box for replacement? Yes, if quantity is not large, we'd like to satisfy our customers' requirements.

l  Do you accept inspection by the third part?
Yes, no problem.

l  How many workers are there in your factory?
Normally there are about 130 workers in busy season and 80 workers in free season.

l  If it's ok to pick me up from Guangzhou Baiyun Airport?  No problems, we are warmly welcome your visit, it will cost about 55 minutes.
