Product Description
hEX S is a five-port Gigabit Ethernet router for locations that do not require a wireless network connection. Compared to hEX, the latter port of hEX S also has an SFP port and a PoE output.
It's affordable,, small and easy to use, but comes with a dual-core 880 MHz CPU and 256 MB RAM to support all configurations supported by RooterOS. The device has USB 2.0 for PoE output and 1.25Gbit /sFP cage for Ethernet port s5.
IPsec hardware encryption (approximately 470 Mbps) and The Dude server packages are supported, with microSD slots on them providing improved r/w speeds for file storage and Dude.
