Product Usage



    • Product Usage Introduction

Turn on the power switch, press the start button, clamp the bag, then the packer automatic filling, and when the hopper reaches a certain limit, the hopper of the material lifting packaging machine will stop. At this time, open the automatic button device on the touch screen and place the packaging bag in the lower opening to contact the start switch barrel. Hold the bag on the discharge port and open the throttle valve (throttle valve is used to drop the material when the equipment stops running).


  • The belt conveyor starts to work (the speed of the belt conveyor is divided into three modes: fast, medium and slow). When the set target value is reached, the belt speed will be automatically reduced, which can more accurately control the paper feed amount, but it can pack the accuracy of packaging materials. The device will stop working until the set standard is stopped, then the cylinder will open the bag and start the conveyor. The seal is automatically sealed at the seam sealer and the process is complete.
