Product Description
HIGH PRECISION DOUBLE SCRAPER BOTTOM- DISCHARGE ROLLER CAN MAKE PURE VEGETABLE OIL SOAP NOODLES TRANSPARENT ONCE.
The smashed soap will form flakes by pressure since the mill is bottom discharged. The milling process is no pollution to the environment, low noiso, no dropping of soap. The mill is applcable to processing tlilet soap, low-fat soap and translucent soap.
This mill now is in the top of similar machine in the world.

MECHANCAL CONIGURATION:
Germany SEW gear reducers, speed ratio is 203:75:29 are used.
German KTR universal coupling and expanding sleeve are adopted.
The outside diameter of the roller is 405 mm, the effective length is 900 mm, and the wall thickness is 60 mm.
There is a cooling device inside the rller, which is sealed by a mechanical seal.
The three rollers are made of 4Cr stainless alloy, and after heat treatment, the surface hardness reaches 72 degree Shore.
