Method of Application
1.Preheat conventional oven to 110°C or convection oven at 100°C. Place orthotics in oven for 5~6 minutes.
2.Remove from oven and

4.Stand straight up in your shoes with toes pointed forward and your feet shoulder-width apart for 1-2 minutes.
