PLC Controlled Semi Automatic POS Paper Thermal Paper Roll Production Line is used for slitting and rewinding all kinds of thermal paper, including fax paper, cash register paper, ATM paper, ECG paper, medical record paper, POS paper, self- adhesive trade marks, non - woven cloth, films and so on.
Specification and Parameters
1. PLC Controlled Semi Automatic POS Paper Thermal Paper Roll Production Line adopts Siemens PLC control system and touch screen, all the parameters are displayed on the monitor, and it will operate automatically. |
2.The main motor adopts Siemens inverter motor and frequency inverter control. |
3. Adopts automatic lift-up loading system, controlled by a separated motor from Taiwan. |
4. All transmission rollers have been dynamic / static balance treated. |
5. It adopts red marking device, printing red line at the end of paper reel. |

The conveyor line is composed of European standard aluminum material, aluminum alloy and 45# surface chrome plating machine parts. The surface of the aluminum alloy parts is sandblasted and bright silver treated, which is more high-grade.
The aluminum rail guardrail on the conveyor line is equipped with a wear-resistant sheath. This has a certain protective effect on the small rolls. The width and height of the conveyor line can be adjusted according to actual needs
The finished small rolls are first opened and inverted by the cylindrical roller, so that they can stand stably on the second conveyor line until they are sent to the flattening and beating device
The final product palletizing can be customized according to the packaging requirements, and can be directly connected to the packaging machine. For example, the paper wrapping machine can adjust the distance according to the width of the finished product, and the heat shrinkable film wrapping machine can be divided into single-row or double-row packaging, and the effective width is 120-500mm. easy to adjust
