A:For a large quantity order, our usual payment is by T/T, 30% for down payment and the 70% for balance. ( also you can choose L/C at buyer’s convenience)

A:The warranty period of our products is 12 months after sale. If there are any problems with our products, please send the photos and specific description on the problems. Then we will send you of the free-charge spare parts and offer you of the relevant repairing instructions, and then you can repair the products with received spare parts by yourself according to our instruction. If the problem really can’t be solved by yourself as above said procedure finally, you can return it back to us for repairing or replacement for qualified products.
