Q: What’s the delivery time?
A: We can get it ready within a week for small order.
Q: Do you accept credit card payment?
A: Yes, if you have Alibaba buyer account, then you can pay your order with credit card. We also accept Western Union, MoneyGram, PayPal, TT and LC.
Q: What’s the warranty time?
A: One year and can be extended. The consumables like electrodes are not included.
Q: Do we need to buy any extra accessories?
A: Not necessary. It includes all required parts for normal work.
Q: Do we need to calibrate it every time?
A: Yes, you need to do the calibration before testing to get accurate results. For the EC meter, the electrode was calibrated already in our factory, you need to enter its constant to the system. If the test result is not as accurate as you expect, you can recalibrate it.
Q: There is no reading when we test the DO in water.
A: You need to add electrolyte to the electrode cap and do the calibration, then proceed the measurements.
Q: Can we use your electrodes for other brand meters?
A: Yes, we use standard BNC connectors for our pH electrode, you can use it for other pH meters with BNC connection.
Q: Can we use other buffers for pH meter calibration?
A: Yes, you can choose different standards of pH buffers, like USA and NIST.
Q: Do you have 3 point calibration pH meter?
A: Yes, all our pH meter is 3 point calibration. Our conductivity meter is 1 point calibration.
Q: How many caps are included in the DO meter.
A: Three caps are included in the standard packing list.
