DTF(digital to printing on PET film) is a new type of process that ink is printed on the transfer film, the hot melt powder and PET film is used as the transfer medium to transfer ink to the clothes.
Technological Process:
1.Digital Printing(first CMYK then White)
2.Dusting Hot melt Powder
3.Shaking Powder
4.Drying(140-150℃/284-302℉ for 3-5 Minutes)
5.Pressing(160-170℃/320-338℉ for 10-20 Seconds)
